I purchased this software for my company specifically because I was told it would integrate with QuickBooks. That was the entire reason I chose it. After nearly two months, the integration was STILL not completed, meaning I was never able to actually use the program.

I’ve spent over $1,200, and during the demo they conveniently leave out the fact that there are multiple additional fees until AFTER you receive the contract. On top of that, they charged me an extra $150 monthly fee even though I never used the software.

I’ve tried contacting them repeatedly for a refund including phone calls, texts, and emails and have gotten no response. They’re refusing to refund me for a product that was never functional and never used.

This has been a terrible experience. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone. This company is unprofessional, misleading, and completely unresponsive after they take your money. Avoid at all costs.
