I honestly was shocked by how clean this place was —stopped in for water and restroom and was dreading but couldn’t believe how clean it was. Two thumbs up. Clerk was super nice too. New go to on way home from amp.

Desiree the evening assistant manager on US1 South( next door to Culver’s) . I observed her being so rude to an employee that it made me mad. Then today I approached counter to check out. She was doing something on computer and did not acknowledge me until I said hello and I know she saw me. She acted like I was bothering her. Her attitude is so terrible, after 10 years of shopping at your store, I’ll just go up the street…. Totally out of my way. Why do you allow this behavior?

Trying this location out for my go-to place for early morning runs. Now? Not sure. 6:15 AM hot dogs “still cooking” …no boiled peanuts. Bye. workers there to stare at you, but where’s the product ready for sale?

Very poor customer service. The gas pump was out of receipt paper, so my husband had to go inside to ask for a receipt.
The employee working the counter, a tall white male who appeared to be in his 30s, with brown hair and glasses, was watching videos on his phone and barely looked up while helping him. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When my husband said “thank you” before leaving, the employee simply replied, “Yeah.”
Management should address this and remind employees to treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism.

This was my first time shopping at this Race Trac location. I love Race Trac coffee and their amazing selection of milks and creamers. This store was clean and the employees were welcoming. It’s a one stop shop. You can get fuel, snacks, drinks, lunch and my favorite, THE COFFEE!
