Kudos to the Cornerstone Structural construction team under the leadership of Jake Johnson. The installation of an in-ceiling support beam and removal of the existing vertical beam wasn’t an easy task and was completed in a timely manner. The team were knowledgable, highly professional and on-site problem solvers. I highly recommend Cornerstone Structural.

Discovered major structural issues during inspection. Contacted Cornerstone for estimate - they were the best around. They replaced main beams and floor joists in crawl space. All work was done perfectly and the team was extremely professional!

Jason and Jacob came out to inspect an issue with our foundation as well as provide an estimate. Jason was transparent with what the process would be if we were to move forward. However, the work needed was not the emergency we thought it would be! He has saved us time and money by not pushing services on us (which we have all experienced at some point when needing work done!) and I am looking forward to when we are able to have him back and do they work needed when the time comes. Highly recommend these guys, they were a pleasure to meet.

Jason and his team at Cornerstone did an excellent job handling the structural repairs in my home. They installed the carbon fiber strips with precision and care, and guided the entire process to make sure everything was done to code.
