Wow! RBC Truro you need to do better! Less service, higher fees. Just stood in line for an hour to go to one of 3 tellers also serving businesses. If you are going to be so slow in service put a number system in place so a senior person with knee issues can sit and wait. Businesses no longer have a dedicated desk - do you want them to bank elsewhere-small businesses do not have time to wait an hour plus to do what used to be a 10 min transaction.

great bank but ever since they renovated and removed tellers/he business tellers, its been aweful. 40 min wait in line compared being in and out like before. The business tellers were the best and the glue of that whole section.
