Though it's very early to say since I've only just started trying out Seattle Sutton's, these last 4 days have been great - food tastes good, great variety, and more healthier than the food I got when I was at the other companies, Freshly (closed down) and Factor 75, and both of these had decent variety but was iffy on delivery and had other options that made it very expensive. Plus, i am getting a bit sick of Factor, so time for a change.

Got my part 1 meal package last week, and got the whole run down of what is going on, lots of great and useful information, so great help there.

And so far, the meals are delicious. A couple days ago, I decided to go full on SSHE, and going to wind down Factor.

It's a bit more expensive than with Factor, but they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. All wrapped up nicely and ready to eat. Factor had some meals that were not as nicely packed and leaked, where it's nicely packed and put together, so I don't have to worry about spillage. No more failing and cheating on the way to work with too much McDonald's or Wendy's orders going out of control.

Seattle Sutton has been the best choice for my husband and myself! The delicious meals have opened our tastebuds to new vegetables and recipes. I teach full time so the ready made meals with quick instructions makes for a healthy but easy preparation. The best part of our experience has been working with Kathy and Billy. They are always ready to adjust delivery time to meet our needs. They makes us feel like family! Kudos to Kathy and Billy! Thank you for being there for us.

My daughter EMILY WHO was a type 2 diabetic and insulin dependent started on Seattle Sutton meal plan at the end of April 2022 and has currently lost 95 lbs and has been able to get off her insulin and feels and looks Amazing! This plan he been life saving and easy to follow.

This diet plan offers fresh (not frozen) food and a varied menu. Local pick-up or delivery is more convenient to us than trying to store a month of frozen dinners.

Very few of the dinners are the "rice with stuff on top" meals offered by competitors. The food is portion controlled. I do look forward to the Lou's Bleu Burger meal and the pizza among the more esoteric offerings. I usually substitute for the "balsamic" dressing on salad dishes though.

The local franchisees at Mt. Prospect are better at handling the subscription than the online service. They are available by phone and committed to customer service.
