Great bike shop! Very fair pricing. They had my bikes reassembled a day after arriving at their shop. One of their workers suggested a ton of great road and mountain biking rides.

I had a wonderful experience at Blue Ridge Cyclery on Preston Avenue. The shop was easy to find, spotless, and staffed by an exceptional team. Before our visit, Kim and the staff answered every question with enthusiasm and confidence, leaving us feeling completely reassured. The owner is fortunate to have Kim helping the business grow so consistently.

They absolutely the best. I feel bad I didn't ask his name. Young man, under 18 worked on bike to get me out of a "bad spot". Refused payment. Love this place!

Where I have purchased and taken my bikes over the last 8 years. Owner is a great guy and the staff are extremely helpful. Great in-store selection and also can order whatever you are looking for.

Recommend to those that have ridden for years and also those just getting into the sport.

Great deals on bike maintenance packages in the winter months.

Amazing service! I thought I needed a new chain, but was informed that a regular tune-up would suffice (thereby saving me money!). The honesty was genuinely appreciated; I will defintely be a repeat customer. I also appreciated how the staff helped me rack my bike on my car's bike rack, since I hadn't used it before.
