Ok here comes the sad truth!
My puppy was attacked by an adult Aussie on July 31st, 2026. I have emailed and text about what actions have they taken, as it is manadated by law that a dog that bites goes on quarenrine just like my own that got bit, and the incident gets reporyed as well. The district director who is a coward for not answering my requesst and ignoring my emails & concerns should be FIRED! This place should NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
I have requested video footing, info of the staff who witness the attack, ( my dog was playing with 2 other dogs, the Aussie came out of nowhere and attacked her twice!) Cutting her ear in almost half and bit her also on her neck , which she wouldn't stop bleeding. I was called to pick my puppy up. I immediately brought her to her vet same day. District manager offered to pay for my vet bill. As of today 2 weeks since the attack, I have receive no response , no payment, NOTHING. Keep your pets out of this place! This MUST be investigated! The fact that Norwichtown Pet Resort made me sign a waiver, does NOT release them from their responsibility to follow state laws or their negligence. They are here to make money thats all. Below is the original review , you can clearly see I had concerns after finding out that dogs have been killed by other dogs in their care.
Our pup loves it here, I was a bit skeptical due to other reviews, but after seen how much she loves it here and how great the staff is, specially Sage, I 1000% recommend NPR. We boarded our pup here for a week, when we picked her up she was super clean, and you can tell she was well fed. She loves coming here to play!

If I could give this place zero stars I totally would I dropped Coco off, which is a 9 pound Yorkie In the morning about 7 o’clock so I can go to work I handed Coco and her lunch and her lunch bag the food tell a gentleman that was working there. I said please put Coco food in the fridge and feed her at 9 o’clock. I get out of work to go pick up Coco, waiting and waiting and waiting, which is fine. Then I asked him with a lunchbox staff is looking around for her lunch bag can’t find it I was like well maybe it’s in the refrigerated because I did ask the guy to put the breakfast in the refrigerator. She checks the refrigerator give me cold lunch bag proceeded to tell me oh Coco didn’t have lunch today. I’m thinking of myself. Coco is supposed to have lunch have breakfast so after I get in my car and look at the lunchbox, her food is still in the lunchbox, my dog, my baby girl did not eat all day long. The last time she ate was the night before all day no food she’s like my child. How does that happen? That’s why you dropping your child off at daycare and your child doesn’t eat because she is my child. She’s my little girl. My heart was broken. I was so sad when I learned that Coco did not eat. I called the facility. The only thing the lady did was just apologize. Apologize, apologize I don’t care about an apology I think that I should’ve got my money back because it did not properly take care of my dog. There’s absolutely no type of schedule. How do you know what dog to feed when to feed the dog? How do you know when you get the dog the medicine there’s no Board that you guys are writing down on. It’s an absolute disaster. They just take dogs take dogs take dogs and don’t take care of them. How did you not know that Coco did not eat that is such so irresponsible I will never ever bring my Coco back there again I wouldn’t even bring a gerbil there. I should’ve listened to all the other reviews, but I am a travel nurse so I needed the Daycare for Coco and I trusted these people with my Coco. I don’t know it’s because I’m black. They treated Cocoa different way because everybody else’s dogs eat all the white peoples dogs eat. Only person dog didn’t eat with the black girls dog. Shame on you this is how you run your business. I want no parts in it, but if you can’t feed dogs then obviously you have too many dogs at one time.

Trimming my dogs' nails is a nightmare. This is the second dog I have taken there. They interacted with Brooke while I was checking in. I thought for sure she would give them a hard time, Nope, quick and painless at a reasonable price. So happy with their services I booked an appt. for a total spa experience.

We had to board our rescue over the weekend for an unexpected trip out of state, and Norwichtown was quick to find a spot for her. We were so pleased at the low cost that we were able to add a nature walk and individual play time to her stay, which cost only half of some other kennels were quoting for just the board without any extras.
Belle is normally quiet and wary around new people, but she took to them easily. We will definitely board her there again in the future!

My dog loves coming to doggy daycare. I take him every other day and my dog races to the door on the days he goes. The employees are always so nice and welcoming. My dog is shy with new people but I feel like he has grown so much since going to doggy daycare. I also love that my dog is tired at the end of the day. It’s a great way to get his energy out. Also a nice bonus that they take tons of photos of the dogs each day.
