I ALSO GOT SUCKERED INTO GETTING A 4 YEAR CONTRACT
I CALLED TODAY TO CANCEL IT AND THEY TELL ME IT WILL COST ME 266.66 FOR ME TERMINATING THE CONTRACT PLUS THEY PUT ON MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT ME KNOWING
I HAD SOME SODDING PUT IN 2013 AT A COST OF 4000.00 DOLLARS
AND NOW THIS APRIL MY GRASS IS GONE
I HAVE BROWN DIRT ALL OVER AND THEY TELL ME ITS NOT GUARANTEED
NOT IMPESSED ,I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT MY CREDIT CARD INSTITUTION DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE .POOR WORKMANSHIP AND THEY NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS

I did not know at the time I signed a service contract, but this company locks you in to a 4 year contract if you want a competetive rate. By signing, you are agreeing to KEEPING their service for 4 years and have to pay the discount difference to cancel. It is costing me $150 + to cancel my contract after 1 year.

I am cancelling because I see no improvement in my lawn's health and also because the white grub treatment did nothing. Nothing is actually guaranteed and I would not recommend this company. I feel that they are dishonest in the way they lock you in for 4 years.
