Brought my Craftsman lawnmower in on a Saturday. Wasn't starting...Gasland guy told me it would cost $120 or so to fix, without knowing the cause. Really? I only paid $250 for the mower (on sale at Sears). Seems like paying $15K to have your car repaired. Why bother if it is half the replacement value.

Can you smell a rip-off?
