Aubrey and Grant were awesome. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I came in looking for a suit for my wedding and was able to leave the same day with my new suit, alterations and everything completely done.

These guys truly know what they’re doing. I highly recommend SuitSupply Williamsburg to anyone looking for a beautiful suit for a wedding or any special occasion. The prices were reasonable, the service was excellent, and the entire experience was seamless.

They even gave us espresso while we were there. Amazing experience overall. Couldn’t recommend Aubrey and Grant enough!

Terrible service. Even if you make a reservation you should expect to have an employee split their time between you and another client - because apparently reservations don’t matter. I walked in around March 2026, purchased two suits off the rack, they said I needed alterations. Sure. I pay for the suits and leave. TURNS OUT the employee didn’t put the alterations in, so when I follow up there are no suits ready for me. I have made 4 separate trips to Williamsburg to try and pick up my suits, and each time they make you wait for 20 minutes AFTER your reserved appointment time - then rush you through any fitting or altering. NOW I WEAR MY NEW SUIT TO WORK TODAY, AND BOTH SLEEVES HAVE RIPS IN THE ARMPITS. DO NOT PURCHASE SUITS HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.

Oh and I’ve been on customer service hold for the past 30 minutes.
