Terrible experience and would not wish this service on anyone I care about. They took advantage of an incredibly vulnerable situation.

I locked my keys in the trunk with no way to get into my car or house. Called and was hustled into getting a technician to come without a clear estimate. The technician was incredibly condescending and broke my car handle and still couldn't fix my problem. They still charged me. Once they left (not fixing the problemAND leaving my handle broken) I googled it and fixed the problem myself in 15 minutes.

Fast, Easy and reliable. I will make more keys when I need to. Thanks

Quality of the key was not very good. Super jagged and they wanted an additional fee to “smooth it out”. Plus the fact that the most affordable key was $12. I had no choice due to time but Home Depot offers the same thing for least then half of this.

Convenience = no the best quality or price hence the three star.

UPDATE: Well the key I made actually ended up not even working so went to Home Depot and surprise, worked perfectly. What a joke, avoid this machine if you ever see it.

The overall process of the machine making the key was pleasant to watch, but it did not create my key properly. I applied pressure as it stated, but once I took the key out it was a bit bent and knew right away it wouldn't work for my lock. When I got home to try it, the key will go in the key hole but have to jiggle it so much for it to actually work. I was very disappointed that it didn't properly create my key even when following the instructions.

Tried to get key copies and kept getting error messages. Tried calling and texting the 888 support number and didn't get a response until long after I left the store. Finally after I had been standing at the kiosk for 10 minutes, a security guard told me the kiosk had been malfunctioning for the past week. I have used KeyMe at other locations and had no issues but since they keep asking me to review this particular experience, 1 star only for the lack of support! The store manager said they have no control over the KeyMe kiosk. You'd think KeyMe would at least authorize them to put up an "out of order" sign if they're not going to send someone to fix it.
