I shopped at Meadowlands in Hamilton on March 18 and bought 3 coats last year. This year I stopped by to look for a new jacket and was greeted outside by a friendly clerk and went inside, couldn't find my size, was offerred help by a clerk with a load of coats in her hand. I told her I couldn't find a coat in my size as it is xxl. She told me to keep looking. I told her that I had but couldn't find one I liked and glared at me, waved her one free hand at me and told me I didn't understand her ...to look for a coat in a style I like and she would do a computer search to see if my size was in the back room. She insulted my intelligence, size, perhaps senior age. I thanked her and left the store and as I left the pleasant person outside smiled and said ...sorry you couldn't find something you like.
I won't go back

That's very easy: Bring it in for repair to the Robson St shop in Vancouver. That's at least what happened to me. My boyfriend had picked up the jacket from the shop after the repair. When I noticed that I have got a black jacket size xs in my closet instead of my beautiful brown one size s, the store manager (Dali) would only tell me that they can't do anything about it and that I can't proof that they swopped the jacket. However, what I almost found most annoying was Dali's "offer" that they could "do something about it" if I bring in the jacket and the receipt for the BLACK jacket. This was just insulting as I had tried to explain her about five times that I never bought a black jacket.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with a good selection of merchandise to choose from. I'm very happy with my lambskin car coat.
