This was my second time getting an oil change here. Both times have been a great experience. I like that you are greeted with a smile and a bottle of water!! No need to get out of your car and they explain everything they are doing. They don't try and sell you services you don't need. I will be getting all of my oil changes here and I highly recommend.

I MUST DO THIS REVIEW. The gentlemen at smokey hill rd and Buckley road are out-freaking-standing! I began trusting this shop a few years back. My wife recommended them. I generally only go there when an oil emergency happens or regular change needed. Today was an emergency. I had been losing oil since my last change. Only a week or 2 back at max 3. I been getting their premium service, so I had been watching how my oil levels were but soon after my last change oil spots began in driveway and then in street. I checked mid week it was at half and 3 days later I was at base dipstick level. STRICKLAND took care of me over the top. They figured out something simply spun where it should have been tight. They topped me back off. Paid zero, but this shout out is to you saviors bc I was empty pocketed atm. I'll definitely be back guys.

Easiest oil change experience I've ever had. Showed up with no appointment and they brought me right into the bay, did a quick inspection, told me my options and what they recommended and was on my way in less than 20 minutes. They also have a 25% Veteran/Military discount which is unheard of. The total cost was what I pay for oil and a filter to change it myself at home. No gimmicks or sleazy upselling, the way oil changes should be done!

They techs were professional but kind. They checked to see if I was eligible for a military discount. They gave me viable options. It was an experience where I felt like the service was worth the cost. I immediately referred my sister to go there.

I had my oil changed at Strickland Brothers today, and I cannot say enough good things about Cole Steffey. He just started back up there, and the level of service he provides is outstanding. I’ve been to so many places where they rush and miss the basics—like making sure the oil cap is actually on right or checking all the fluids. Cole didn’t miss a beat. He was highly trustworthy, didn't try to oversell me on things I didn't need, but still took the time to point out a few genuine concerns I'm really glad to be aware of. It is hard to find that level of honesty and thoroughness these days. Because of high-caliber people like Cole, I will absolutely be a returning customer. Awesome job!
