I stopped by there this morning on a drizzling day...got greeted by Xavier with a bottle water..also got greeted by Eric, and another guy who has the tablet....they all were very friendly and ready to do oil change and tire rotation on my Chevy cobalt... While I waited in the lobby I met Isiah he introduced himself right away n had a big smile on his face... All the guys were gentleman's n very well manners, they all work fast, n the shop is run very smoothly ......kuddos to all of u.... Mat God bless you all...😺🙏

Very informative, trustworthy, convenient, fast and has GREAT customer service! You are able to take your own oil. They are not price gouging nor try to hard sell (that’s rare coming from a woman.) Overall, 10/10 recommend :)

I happen to be passing by Strickland in Aurora off of Quincy today and need an oil change so I saw that there was just a couple of cars there so I figured I would stop by after checking out their reviews which showed very high ratings.

I stopped in I had three technicians basically greet me and then they proceeded to have me pull into the bay I then watched as they did the work and the thing that I really appreciated was that the service was transparent. it was my first time experiencing place that did service on my vehicle and gave me full transparency. that was an experience after many years of having car serviced that I had never had before. I appreciate it that aspect dearly and will take my other two vehicles to Strickland because it's so close to my house.

thank you guys for what you do and how you made me feel as a customer and I will certainly share my experience with others

Strickland Brother's customer service was elite. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer each and every question that I had. They were transparent with the service that they provided me. Explaining each and everything that they did step by step. The best part of it all was how fast they got the work done. I am definitely going to recommend them to my friends and family. THEY ARE THE BEST 👌🏾

I had an amazing visit! My car is old and pretty janky lol. (My employees nicknamed it Hoopdee). They didnt judge me at all. We cracked jokes and they took really good care of me. I come here every time I need an oil change! They are awesome!
