I bought a duffle bag from Milano bags and baggage, the strap came off and it got frayed material on the bottom on the first use. When back to the store and talk to the ""manager/owner" of the store. He gave me an store credit but there is nothing that I need or want from that store. His product was very poor quality. I would never buy there or recommend to anyone. Expensive but cheap qualify.

I purchased a bag at Millano Bags for a Christmas present, when we found the same bag at at different store for $30. cheaper we decided to see if they would match the price.
The store owner Nikki was very rude and said that the other store must have had a blow out sale! We also saw the same bag at the airport for even cheaper yet.

When we tried to return the bag we told that they only have an exchange policy.

Not having the bag that we looking for an exchange did not make sence, We kept the bag and will never shop there again!

Customer service goes a long way, just wanted to share my very unsatisfactory experience with everyone.
