The owner of this store is beyond rude. If you have a problem with any of his bags (and it does happen, A LOT) including his MATT n NATT selection, forget bringing it back. He will literally ARGUE with you, until you leave his store, or hang up. ORDER ONLINE @ MATT N NATT!! Save yourself the hassle, honestly.
