I rarely leave negative reviews and usually just take my business elsewhere, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I purchased a new home two months ago, and this was the plumbing contractor my builder used.

Shortly after moving in, I discovered that the plumbing to my kitchen island had been installed incorrectly—the hot and cold water lines were reversed. We only discovered the issue after having a water filtration system installed by a third-party contractor and noticing that hot water was coming through the filtered water tap.

I contacted my builder, who sent this company out about two weeks ago to correct the plumbing. Before beginning the repair, the technician mentioned that the water filter feed line "might be short" but said he would "try to make it work."

The technician left, and everything appeared to be fixed.

Unfortunately, over the next two weeks, a small leak developed from the water filter feed line that the technician had moved during the repair. This wasn't a leak from the original installation—it was specifically from the line he had repositioned while correcting the plumbing. The leak went unnoticed and caused visible damage to my kitchen cabinets.

When I called the company back, the same technician returned. His response was that because he did not install the water filter, he was not responsible for the leak, and he left without addressing the damage.

I strongly disagree with that position. My complaint is not that he didn't install the water filter—it's that the leak originated from the feed line he handled and moved during his repair. If the line was too short or couldn't be safely reinstalled, I would have much preferred being told that upfront so I could have had it corrected properly instead of having a temporary solution result in water damage to my cabinets. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds to them matters. Instead of taking responsibility for damage that appears to have resulted from their repair, they simply walked away. The lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely frustrating and is why I cannot recommend this company.

Our landscaping company was about to grind out a stump and found what looked like a gas pipe. I called advantage plumbing. The staff was super friendly getting the appointment set. Justin showed up right on time. He was awesome. He checked the pipe, determined it wasn’t a problem, and didn’t even charge us. I can’t recommend this company enough; really fair and honest people. They are my new go-to company for plumbing. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy with the service Danny, Tanner, and Shaun provided. I had 3 valves that needed to be replaced in my kitchen. They moved quickly and answered the questions I had regarding my faucet. They took the time to test everything for me to be sure I had hot water in my kitchen. They were respectful and knowledgeable. The cost was on par with what I expected and was reasonable. Overall I will be using this company again.

Advantage Plumbing has been an incredible company to work with. We just moved into our house and have had two pretty weird plumbing issues happen within the first month.
In dealing with those issues, Paxton, Justin, and John have been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We are so thankful that they were able to schedule us and come out so quickly and fix everything!
