After hunting down a rebuilt kit that was on back order. Redline turned their attention to helping me fight with my extended warranty company. I highly recommend them.

Jeff spent about 30 minutes of his busy day diagnosing what I thought was a transmission issue. He reprogrammed it and fixed the issue. Did I mention that he wouldn't take any money. Please do yourself a favor and don't even consider going anywhere else.

I don"t normally leave reviews, but Joe was so kind and understanding. Very thorough and calming; he took the time to show me what was going on. Highly recommend this garage for all of your transmission needs!

Absolutely the best transmission shop in Rochester. Jeff is the most honest, knowledgeable, respectful, and transparent mechanic I’ve come across is many years. He was able to properly diagnose my friend’s Subaru after the dealer said he needed a $11,000 CVT. He diagnosed the issue free of charge unlike the dealer which charges $200 to pull OBD codes. Looking forward to recommending Redline to all friends and family!

They must be a little known secret for Rochester. Great price on a transmission rebuild and a warranty to it as well. Great staff, supportive and friendly. (They knew the exact issue about halfway through my describing it.
