Lisa was warm & friendly & kind & so helpful I felt confident from the beginning.
I was to work with a technician & instead Dr Miller was there with her student intern warmly welcoming me & making sure all bases were covered!! I left better than when I came in plus the reason I came was solved!! My broken wire was fixed!!I left with a little less $ in the bank AND peace of mind!! Worth every Penny!

Dr Katie explained everything very well and offered 3 solid options for my Tinnitus. Worth the drive from Cary. HIGHLY recommend if you deal with tinnitus. I imagine they are stellar for hearing loss as well.

Raleigh Hearing and Tinnitus Center was a very pleasant appt. I highly recommend this office. Staff was welcoming, friendly. Dr Miller was very comforting to work with throughout the hearing test. Explained everything she was doing and her explanation after was clear and concise. No disappointment at all.

I needed a custom pair of ear plugs due to the loud environment locations I go for work. Due to my age, I needed to take better care of my hearing. I had no appointment and just stopped by on my way to the grocery store to see what would be the cost of those earplugs.
I was greeted with a friendly smile by Lisa. As I had no appointment, I was not expecting this to go further as other places I had called had a 2-3 weeks lead time to see me.

Lisa was kind enough to ask the Dr. that was there right before lunch time and she was able to see me to discuss my options.
Dr. Danielle Jenkins took her time to explain the options and asked many questions to make sure she understood my needs.
I felt very welcomed and decided to purchase the ear plugs that same day.

She took a mold of my ears and explained the next steps would be. It was very easy to get this done.

I wish to thank Dr. Danielle Jenkins and Lisa Rummel for making this effortless and having all this done in a relaxed environment.

I had such a fantastic experience at Raleigh Hearing and Tinnitus Center that I had to leave a review right away. My longtime audiologist retired, and I was honestly pretty nervous about starting over with a new practice. I was especially anxious after learning they used different equipment than my previous doctor.

I’m so glad I gave them a chance! Their tools are clearly more up-to-date and advanced, and the testing was thorough, comfortable, and completely painless. The entire team was professional, patient, and genuinely caring—they took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease.

What really impressed me most was their responsiveness. I was originally scheduled for Monday, but they were able to get me in today instead. That made a huge difference because I would have been suffering unnecessarily over the weekend. They truly went above and beyond to help me.

If you’re dealing with hearing issues or tinnitus and need compassionate, expert care with modern equipment, I highly recommend Raleigh Hearing and Tinnitus Center. They turned my nervousness into complete confidence. Thank you to the whole team—you’ve gained a loyal patient!
