I was referred to this chiropractor by my primary physician because of a sore rib, to see if they could help reduce recovery time and aid in the healing process. I have called multiple times but was sent to voicemail each time. I left a message requesting a call back to discuss my rib issue, but it has been almost three weeks, and I still haven’t received a call. Instead, I received a text message.

In the text, I asked if they were in my insurance network, but it seemed like they didn’t bother to check. The person who texted me only provided a price without reviewing my insurance. My primary physician advised me to speak with them before making an appointment to explain my rib issue and ensure they could help, avoiding unnecessary effort for both sides.

It seems that’s not going to happen since they haven’t returned my calls. They appear more focused on collecting the $60 appointment fee than understanding why I need treatment or even returning a call. The main reason I was considering making an appointment was to see if their active release technique could help with my rib, but I guess I’ll just stick to the regular recovery process.

First time I've ever been to a Chiropractor and it was great! Feel better and Dr. Johnson is very competent, helpful, and gave great suggestions. No pressure about needing to keep going, unless needed. Really appreciated the relief for my back and knowing I found a great place to take care of my back needs.

Dr. Courtney Johnson is THE best and I can’t say enough positive things about his expertise. Every treatment I go to, I leave learning new information about the body/exercise. His attention to detail is remarkable.

I do my research (b/c I’m pretty analytical) and his credentials within his scope of practice are executed with precision. He is personable, detail oriented, thorough, and intuitive when it comes to patient needs. I recommend him to friends/family and anyone who takes chiropractic treatments seriously.

Simply take a look at the techniques he’s certified in and you’ll see why he doesn’t have competition that compares.
