My pension ended up there. My 401k ended up there. I converted to a Roth and trade options in that account. Because I trade options, that money earns near CD rate. The way I do trading, all of the money earns interest unless I have to buy stocks and I usually sell right away. So I'm double dipping. I added a "checking" account and that earns near CD interest. And free paper checks. They always have been so helpful on the phone or Internet chat. I do my own investment advice.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company, I started a new job that automatically enrolled me with this company then when I called to be Unenrolled I had to go through 4 different people who all gave me a hard time and argued with me because i didn’t want my part of my check invested, i will NEVER recommend this company to anyone or have anything good to say about them

The worst customer service of ANY type of company I've ever dealt with! It's almost impossible to even get anyone on the phone, among many other issues.

There are good people there. They are very responsive and helpful. I have been there at least 10 times and have received nothing but the best service and the same is true when there office was further done Monroe Ave toward Pittsford.

Fidelity is ridiculous to deal with. I Have been passed around to seven different phone numbers now and they refuse to even tell me if they have the correct address for survivor's benefits. I've been triyng for months dealing with them and I've gotten nowhere.
