I cannot recommend Bolt Electric highly enough. Zachary our technician was very proffessional and courteous. He explained all the work and why it was being done. Truly top tier service. Bringing a much older home up to code was his primary objective! All electrical work was neat, precise and completed effeciently. Took pride in his work. All done at a fair competitive price. Finding reliable, skilled contractors can be challenging. I will definitely use them in the future and request Zachary for my technician. Fred L

Zach came to give me an estimate on installing a 220 V 50 amp outlet and circuit breaker for my new electric car. He was very friendly and professional. He explained things well. cons: a visit was scheduled for between 1 PM and 4 PM and he showed up at 5 PM. I understand that Service peoples jobs may take longer than expected, as well as traffic may be heavier.

I used this company’s services after they promised high-quality workmanship. They quoted me around $1,000 to install a wall-mounted charger, which is certainly not cheap considering the job takes only about an hour. I paid the price without questioning it because I expected the work to be done professionally.

Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed when I saw what they had done to my newly purchased home. The quality of the work was the worst I have ever seen—it was absolutely appalling.

I gave them the opportunity to fix the large hole they had left in the electrical box, but they only made the situation worse. They were unable to correct the problem and have since stopped responding altogether.

If you want to waste your money and receive poor-quality workmanship along with unprofessional customer service, then this is the company for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend finding another contractor.

I had received notification from Arctic Home Services that they had recently partnered with Bolt Electric. Having need of an outlet check, based on confident experience with Arctic, I made a call to Bolt today. Our wonderful lead electrician, Joe Hauck came to the house about an hour later. He provided the expert, experienced and confident assessment of the situation, as well as his recommendations, including ‘what I would do if it were my home, or for my mom’s home’. He showed me exactly the ‘issue’ and offer solutions, based on my own decisions. I never once felt pressured, or strong-armed. Only relived of the burden of not sure what to do. Safety was my primary concern! THAT was enough for me. All questions and clarifications were addressed and answered to my spouse and my satisfaction and confidence. He made a proposal, with a very reasonable pricing and the work will be done in one day, two days from now. Couldn’t be more pleased, doing business with Joel, on behalf of Bolt Electric. I will call upon for any future electrical issues/needs. Keep up the good work! Also want to mention my initial contact this morning— Sarah, who answered the call, was welcoming and kind, got the ball rolling easily! Good first impression!
