Customer service was great as soon as I walked thru the door. Yaru at the Broadway location was great and fast. She helped me get what I needed. Thank you

Loyalty Pawn has been an excellent experience for me. I bought a beautiful high quality ring for a steal. Every employee I have talked with there has been professional and kind. So glad that I came across this shop. I have been there 3-4 times and always had a pleasant experience. First rate!

Just want to shout Adam out. He was absolutely amazing helping us pick out a laptop for my daughter I thought I was going to have to call my son who’s a major gamer to help me with the details of each laptop on what would be good for her but Adam understood her games and was able to help her with what she needed and also helped me keep in budget. To the managers at loyalty pawn thanks for employing Adam. Great asset to your team.

Very professional, quick, and thorough. I went to two other shops where i was quoted 720$ and 250$ for the same item (14k gold 8" bracelet). I was offered 750$ for it after they checked to authenticate it. The man with beautiful rings and piercings helped me and was very kind. I enjoyed my experience. If i ever stumble upon something of value again i would come here.
