I called them on a Sunday evening at 6 pm add Eli and his brother were at my home at 7:30 pm and my garage door was fixed by 8pm. They don’t charge for the visit and give you an estimate for the work and if you agree they will perform the job. I think that is great as they could have easily charged for the visit as well considering it was the weekend. I highly recommend them.

My garage door cable snapped and needed an expedited service. Safety garage door was able to send Sharif at the time that I requested very quickly. Sharif was very professional and explained to me why’s for every recommendation he made. Repair service was quick and walked me through important items that I need to be mindful of to ensure trouble free garage door operation. Strongly recommend.

Safety Garage Door I highly recommend. We had a garage door spring snap Sunday Oct 4th 2026 morning and had a car stuck in the garage. Keep in mind Sunday most locations are closed. Safety garage was contacted, answered the phone, very professional and we were able to have someone come out in a two hour window right after the call. Eli came out in about an hour of that call, assessed the issue gave recommendations and did the repair. It wasn't a just repair the spring and go, Eli pointed out some issues discovered on the barrels. We decided to repair those as well, and our garage door is significantly quieter. The barrels and bearings were quite clearly causing some of the strain. Now the garage door is working great and the added bonus the noise is reduced. Eli also made sure the system had the appropriate lubrication and gave us pointers on how we can keep the system maintained. Thank you Eli and Safety Garage Door!

I used these guys twice and they are GREAT! 1st time was kinda an emergency, my cables snapped and I had no way of getting inside my house (my front door was bolted). Addy came at 1030pm at night to fix and was done quick and efficient! 2nd time, Sam came thru to consult as to why my remote was not working to close the garage. Thought it was the remote or sensors and he quickly diagnosed that it was logistic and my old system had to be replaced… ahhhhh…. But I needed it to be done, tired of running for my life when I close the garage from the inside to go out LMAO! Sam quoted me a reasonable price for whole new set up. It’s so much quieter now! Quick and efficient work as well! Thank you guys for all my garage needs within the past 2-3months!

Khaled came through for me in a pinch. My garage door was not opening, and I assumed I would need a brand new opener. Khaled came to my house within a few hours and was able to get my garage door up and running. It’s hard to find someone as fair and honest as this. I will definitely be using them for my future garage door needs.
