This was the loudest library that I've ever been to, it was mostly the staff talking and visiting with eachother speaking at a volume so that everyone in the library could hear their conversation. Since the University of Manitoba is on strike I was hoping to get some studying done, but I think that I would have got much more done if I had just joined the picket line.
