This is unacceptable. I waited a long time for my iced coffee and clearly asked for extra cream and extra vanilla, but there was no vanilla in it at all. It seems that some of your employees don’t pay enough attention to customers’ requests. Please make sure your staff pays close attention and prepares orders exactly as requested.

Go to ANY Starbucks but this one. Average wait time is over 20 minutes. Mind you, it’s always like this and the drinks are never made correctly. I just wanted a cold brew and this was the location easiest to pull in and out. they need better management, I’m not sure how they stay in business.

Not sure what these clowns were doing in here, no line, nobody in and out. Sat in the truck and watched my wife sitting through the window for 25 minutes for two lemonades. Do not ever come here, ever, please I'm begging you save yourself the waste of time this place is a joke.

Yesterday, I visited this Starbucks location, and the experience was very poor. After waiting 40 minutes in my car, we were finally assisted by the supervisor.

I had ordered two Iced Ube Coconut Macchiatos through the app—which had already been paid for—but the supervisor initially couldn't find my order in the system.

When I finally received my drinks, they were a huge disappointment. The cups were practically filled with ice and nothing but that purple liquid—nothing like what one expects when ordering this specific drink. The pictures speak for themselves.

I believe there should be more respect shown toward the customer. If there is a problem—or if you only know how to prepare a certain type of coffee—simply say so and prepare that one properly. A little communication goes a long way.

Furthermore, the service was extremely slow.

It was definitely a very bad experience. Visiting this location on a Sunday turned out to be a complete disaster.

Ever since I moved nearby, I was very happy because all the other Starbucks locations were quite far away. I’ve been coming to this specific location since last year. Initially, the service was good or at least, it was good only when the employees actually felt like providing good service. Lately, however, there have been several instances where the staff has been rude and ignorant. About a month ago, I stopped by ten minutes before closing time. One of the employees was at the drive-thru window serving a customer and I’m not sure if that customer was actually an employee herself but she said to the employee at the window: "I’m going to stay right here for the rest of the time so you can’t serve those other people." I clearly heard what they said; the employee at the window tried to offer me a free drink to make up for it, but I declined. I even have a photo of her I came back again a week ago because I really do like Starbucks coffee I asked for a "Pup Cup" for my dog, but they completely ignored me. Today, I placed an order through the app, and I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes for an iced latte and some pastries. They have the pickup door locked, preventing anyone from coming in to get their drinks. I ordered my drink at 4:30, and now it’s 5:21 there’s a huge line, yet the store remains locked. Honestly, they have the worst service imaginable. I don’t know who the manager is, but they are doing the absolute worst job in the world. From now on, I’m going to have to find a coffee shop that’s far better than this place I was a barista before and i know how hard it’s this but this people need more people that want to work there’s just two guys working yall need more staff that wants to work and give good service poor of the two guys working y’all don’t care about this Starbucks.
