This is usually my go-to Starbucks in the area, but after yesterday’s experience, I’m going to take my business elsewhere. My drinks get messed up at least 3 out of 5 times I go there and with that information, I had to have my drink remade yesterday. Usually it’s no issue, but apparently this time it was so heinous of me to ask. I was treated poorly by Leiani and was treated as if I was asking for a million things. She didn’t even bother to apologize or greet/welcome or even say have a nice day. I had to ask her coworker to shake my drink after she just poured everything into a cup and shoved it at me and walked away. Then she came stomping back and took the cup back and shook it for 3 seconds and shoved it back to me after she was done and walked away. Again, no “you’re welcome” or “have a nice day”. This is not the first interaction I’ve had with her where she was completely rude.

I never thought I’d write a Google review for a Starbucks, but this location has been a favorite and part of my routine over the past two years.

Whether I needed coffee, a quick break, or a place to recharge, it was always there. The baristas are consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, even during busy times. Their service always feels personal. Thank you to the team for making every visit so positive. As my family moves away, it’s a place I’ll truly miss.

Weirdest experience we've ever had at a Starbucks. We ordered two coffee's and they refused to allow us to pay for the beverages. Other employees were laughing and snickering behind the counter whenever they'd say... "Just go. We're not taking your payment."

We just threw the coffee's away. It seemed creepy.

The Mocha Frappuccino is rich, creamy, and perfectly chocolatey…just the right amount of sweetness. The service is always quick, even during busy times. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
