We stopped here to get some caffeine for our drive back to Arizona and my kids had to use the restroom. The guy who took our order Joseph- was so nice and personable. He noticed my daughter looking at the treats and when he gave us our drink he also gave my daughter a free cake pop. It was so sweet and unexpected and made my daughter’s day! We will now be making this Starbucks a regular stop when we drive between LA and Phoenix. It’s right next to Costco gas so a perfect place to fill up 😊 bathrooms were nice and clean too and my drink was made perfectly

If I could give this place no stars I would. WORST
Starbucks I’ve ever been to. To top it off nasty attitudes from the people who work here.

This location is in need of a daily skill check or something. Because how is it when I order a simple iced blonde vanilla latte that it always tastes OFF in this specific location? Lately I been doing the extra drive to go order from the Starbucks off Summit just to avoid getting a bad drink.

Regardless of how far in advance I place my order, it’s almost never ready when I arrive. The whole point of ordering through the app is to skip the wait, but that never seems to happen at this location, and on top of all of that, most of their employees seem to have an attitude, never back here.

Very recently their matcha drinks have started tasting like nothing but milk!! I also asked for strawberry cold foam & got more foamy milk? Overall it just tasted like a cup of milk. Not what I paid or asked for. 😩 And I hate when they say it melts to the bottom because I’ve had drinks made there before, many matcha drinks, and they looked nothing like this. I drink these on a daily basis - I know what they’re suppose to taste like & even look like 🤦🏼‍♀️ … now I have to start going to a further location to get what I’m paying for. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest Starbucks to me & they used to be so great at making these drinks!
