Greenix has been very helpful! From my initial call, Vanessa put my mind at ease when explaining battling mouse infestations, going over the services, and setting up my appointment. She’s so sweet! Myranda was amazing! From thoroughly inspecting my house, to giving me an estimate, explaining the warranty, and sealing access points; she was both a total professional and a down to earth, empathetic person who left me feeling very assured that I am in good hands with her, and with Greenix. Looking forward to the ongoing reports regarding results. I thought the cost would be far more than it was. There is the one year maintenance plan, which is reasonable to ensure the critters are reduced (and hopefully to zero) and , if needed after the initial inspection, a one-time charge to seal up access points which was also reasonable, in my opinion. As a single older woman owning a house alone for the first time, finding this kind of service is so special.

Greenix has been excellent since we’ve used their services. They always notify before arrival, ask if there are any problem areas and we do not have a pest problem despite living rural and near woods. Our last service with Kyle was excellent. He went above and beyond and even swept off our front porch at the end of his service. Also very competitive on price, no one who has come to my door can match.

I’ve had quite a few companies out for different things in the past last month or two. Theodore was so professional and pleasant! His greeting was so sincere he explained to me about the chemical he was gonna use he also helped me understand what makes these bugs come. Old mulch!!!! As well as very hot temps. Great and effective service they’ve been treating my house every three months for the last couple years because of a neighborhood spider issue. The spiders were gone from inside the house completely in the first few treatments and I continue to get interior and exterior treatments every 90 days to maintain a barrier on my property. Their prices and customer service honestly can’t be beat.

I’m always satisfied with the customer service both on the phone and in person. Scheduling is easy, communication is excellent, and they always take the time to answer questions and explain the treatments. It's reassuring to know I can count on them to keep my home protected year round, and that's why I've continued using their service and recommending them to others. There were only two occasions where I was unsatisfied but they rectified both situations 100% without any hesitation.
