I live across the street, and these people are rude as hell. Went in today and Black guy was nice to the white couple ahead of me, then when it was my turn, he didn’t even speak. I jaguar said, “Good morning,” and he just stared at me. Told him my full name and he put it as “A.” Took someone else to figure out it was for Anthony.

This is probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there quite a few, all over the world. But they seem to enjoy their job here. They always greet you with a smile, they’re friendly, happy all the time, even when they’re busy. They seem to work well as a team. The atmosphere is your typical Starbucks. It’s nice, decent bathrooms. You do have a lock code on the door, and of course free Wi-Fi. The guy in the brown baseball cap in one of my photos was the cashier that helped me. He was amazingly patient and helpful. I had star points to use and he helped me use them. He was super friendly, very smiley, just made me feel good to be here, and I love that. I love coffee, but half of the experience is also the customer interaction. I feel bad I can’t remember his name, but hopefully someone from corporate sees this and knows he’s doing an amazing job there.

Hands down the best Starbucks experience in Midtown! Hannahiah took our order with a warm smile and made the whole ordering process effortless. Airi is an absolute rockstar on bar—she made our drinks completely perfect, was super fast, and was so sweet. To top it off, Wyatt made our food to perfection!

The entire team here has incredible energy, top-tier efficiency, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find a store where every single person hits it out of the park, but this crew nailed it from start to finish. Huge thank you to Hannahiah, Airi, and Wyatt—you made our day, and we will definitely be back!

Blonde woman with short hair didn’t even acknowledge me when I spoke to her just walked away. So incredibly rude. Purposely has a blank name tag too. Put an order in on the app to be ready at 5 o’clock. It was still not ready at 5:30. I had to stay there for over half an hour and almost missed a doctors appointment. Not reliable and will take a longtime to get your order. Avoid this location. There’s also a dunkin next door with much friendlier staff.

Update 2: I asked them to remake my drink, as advised, and it's still wrong. I don't understand. It's SUPPOSED to be red, according to the picture on the app. Yet here I am with two pastel pink drinks?? Even after I'd asked them to remake it correctly??
Update 1: removing one of the TWO stars from my previous review because SERIOUSLY, is corporate taking the ingredients out of the barista's paychecks?? Another pale pink "energy refresher" when the one on the app is BRIGHT RED???? Also there's no fresh air, ac or breeze in the ex-patio room, it's so hot and humid, if it's going to be a closed space it needs AC. God I miss the Dunkin that was next door.

Whyyy do I have to complain to get my drink made correctly? Why is my strawberry acai pastel pink??? It's so depressingly pale and tastes like water someone waved a strawberry near. So disappointed in my afternoon pick-me-up!!! Why can't we just get it right the first time? Are we taking the ingredients out of the barista's paychecks??
