For a company the size of starbucks, they should never be out of receipt paper. And whoever is managing this store should pay closer attention to their inventory period my employer reimburses me for my purchases and now i'm stuck holding the bill because this organization can't provide a receipt period the young lady at the window was rude when I asked for her to hand the keypad over for me. To it's swipe my card. So I could leave a tip. Her response was well. Sometimes the tip screen doesn't even show up the next time. The young lady will not get a tip

I had a really good experience at a Starbucks in South Carolina. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and still really efficient. My drink came out exactly how I ordered it and tasted great. The baristas had a really positive attitude and made the whole visit enjoyable. The store was clean and organized, and everything went quickly and smoothly. I’d definitely stop by again!

I order a cup of coffee almost every single day, but the cup I received today had a message written on it: "Be kind—it’s free!" I know they typically write little notes on their cups, but for some reason, I felt personally offended by this particular phrase today. Was it because I didn't leave a tip? I called the shop to inquire, and they explained that they routinely write encouraging messages on their cups; however, I feel that if their goal is truly to spread positive energy, they shouldn't be writing things like that! The person who answered the phone was incredibly dismissive and indifferent! Because of that one phrase, my entire day has been ruined! They didn't even offer a single apology! No matter—I won't be going back to this store ever again.

I’ve never sat so long at a Starbucks drive-through in my entire life. It took them about seven minutes to come back to the ordering screen after telling me to wait a minute, and then I sat another 10 minutes in the drive-through line while they were making drinks for the people in front of me, I guess, there was two cars in front of me in the line. So it’s not like they were backed up all the way around the building. I’m not a barista but I do know I have seen far busier Starbucks operate at a more efficient speed.
