of all the starbucks in casper, this one is my favorite. i know they all follow the same recipes but i swear the (mostly milk with a hint of coffee) coffee i like to get is ALWAYS better when i get it from here. not to mention they have the best kind of ice. i use the mobile app and sometimes i get there before my order is fully ready-i’m the worst- they have never given me grief about it and have been so so sweet every single time.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks. They were friendly and made great drinks and I also had the egg and bacon breakfast bites which was very tasty. They also let me wait for my ride and didn’t make me feel like I was being hurried off. However, at this location, they do not have outside seating, which would’ve been a lot more comfortable, but I really appreciate the polite employees that made me feel welcome and safe until my ride arrived. Thank you Starbucks.

The Starbucks has a drive up and walk up window only. Which is fine. I walked my dog there from a nearby hotel to the walk up window. They refused to take my empty cup, and there is no external trashcan on the premises. They told me to walk across and down the street to a small park and use that trashcan. I recommended an external trashcan for their customers and they were very dismissive. It was a weird response to my recommendation like they somehow instilled the Starbucks Trust Fund Hipster vibe all the way to Casper.

I've been an addict since the 1st day Starbucks opened but unfortunately I will NEVER go back. Not only the quality but the staff are really BAD. I was overcharged and the staff argued with me that they have ALWAYS charged an extra 80 cents for whole milk. I called customer service and they said they would correct their behavior for arguing with me and that I would get $ put back on my Starbucks card. I went there today and there was no credit! I got a gift card from my friend and when I spend the card,I will NEVER go back!! SHAME on you for ending your best customer service
