They messed up my drink three times and then did not offer to fix it. Had to throw away a perfectly good drink because they acted to busy to fix their mistake

Ordered my usual Cortado with brown sugar and oat milk, extra hot — and they nailed it perfectly. Temperature was spot on, flavor was balanced, and the barista clearly paid attention to the order. Quick, smooth experience with zero issues. This location knows what they’re doing. Will be back!

This place was one of the faster Starbucks I’ve ever been too. And they are helpful and friendly. When I got here today there was a guy passed out on the lawn area and I’m assuming the store manager was super concerned she was worried about him because he was just in the store. She called for help right away and watch his stuff he left behind. Good job miss!!!! Something I’ve notice about Starbucks and from what my girlfriend tells me about the stories she has when she worked at a Starbucks they always look out for our homeless folk.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks including Starbucks reserve in Tokyo and the Edo period Starbucks in Kyoto. The magic of this Starbucks is right up there with the rest. Always welcomed with warm smiles and often times my drink already being made people know this as their second home or the first stop in starting off the day right. The Baristas are loved as much as the baristas who moved on from poring coffee. Thank you for always bringing me a positive experience and making me feel at home. Even with Covid everyone has done an amazing job providing the best and safest opportunity to enjoy the amazing coffee and other amazing treats. Love love love Casper Starbucks East side!!!!
