Great Starbs crowded, busy, but the crew there busts there buts to get you taken care of. Parking is very difficult and the drive thru is confusing, cramped and congested. Sits in a mini mall type of lot and shares its space with a convenient med and a Burger King so they parking and movement outside the building is chaos ..

My favorite starbucks to go to. Drinks are always consistent and perfect. They have well trained staff, I love to order drinks suggested from Tiktok and they always make them perfect. Best place to study, comfy and big location, clean, good lighting, friendly atmosphere upheld by employees. Best starbucks, I've been to in New England and I've been to plenty.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no willingness to help. I left feeling shocked by how poorly I was treated. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I just went here for the first time today. It's definitely different, getting to know the drive thru lanes/ropes for the first time.
If it's your first time coming to this Starbucks, there are two different drive thru lanes that you need to navigate. I found out the hard way that the Starbucks lane is the one that's closest to the main building.
There is a sign however with arrows that shows which is for Starbucks and which is for Burger King, but there was someone parked in front of the bottom of that sign (not their fault, poor design of where to the place sign, it should be moved higher), so I couldn't see the whole thing, being back as far as I was. Consequently, I got in the Burger King line and ended up having to around the whole building again. A little disconcerting, but a gallant on their part effort at fitting a size 10 store into a size 9 parking lot.

Be that as it may my drink was fine, and I'll be back again. Knowing the ropes this time it will be a little less frustrating
