When did we lose touch? There are 3 people working in this Starbucks, all seem like drones, nobody is friendly or seeming to enjoy anything here. I come in around 2pm on 05/06 and stand at the register to place my order, you know...how we used to do before everything became online or delivery or drive thru. I wait. There are 2 guys in the lobby and nobody else. All the employees are just working on stickers. Industrialized. About 5 minutes pass and one guy stops to say someone will be with you shortly. Why even bother saying that at this point? I'm already annoyed it's been this long. Take the time to notice and pacify but not to correct the problem..More time passes, more drones, more monotony, more sadness. This place feels like the DMV with people just waiting for a name to be called. The soul is gone.

Just went to the drive through for my shaken espresso after being sick for a month and wanted to treat myself to something nice. Whoever took my order in the drive through at 11:10am was very, very kind, and the gentleman working at the window was also very kind and made by day. I hope they keep being awesome and continuing to spread joy because that's all we need in this world! Also tip your baristas!!!

I was not in my right mind and stupidly spilt my drink, making a nasty mess on my property and the shop's. One of the baristas reacted promptly to clean up the mess and remade my drink free of charge while sparing me the embarrassment. Thank you Alex for making my day! Will definitely come back to this store for the warm hospitality. ❤️

This is a very good Starbucks as far as service, well run. My only complaint is that they keep it too cold, like an ice box. You should not have to come in here when it is warm out and wear a Winter Coat!!! Would have given 5 Stars if not for the deep freeze.

i love this Starbucks location and the new remodel gives it a great, fresh, modern look! indoor and outdoor seating is available but, unfortunately, there’s no bakery case display anymore so you can’t see any of the food/snacks that are usually esthetically laid out. the bathrooms are well-maintained and clean, good if you’re staying in to study or get work done. the staff is always super sweet- Sam is my favorite barista, always asks how my day’s going and knows my orders. parking’s a little tight since it can be blocked by those going through the drive-through lane but this location is in a large plaza so lots of parking within a very short walking distance.
