This spot is surrounded by a Lowe's, Hen House and a Walmart Supercenter. No excuse not to find a reason to go visit this place. Super friendly staff, they took the time to explain to me the new protein drinks.

I asked for a tall caramel ribbon crunch frap with oatmilk and extra crunch pieces. When it was handed to me it was literally white. So I asked politely if they could remake it as I could tell there was no coffee and/or no caramel. It is supposed to be a darker brown caramel color. I get these several times a week and know what they should look like. He said okay. And after a short 45 sec wait handed me a supposedly new one and asked if that was better. Even though it was still a light white. I took it any way knowing that apparently they dont know how to make this drink all of a sudden. I then took one drink and it if course did not have any coffee or caramel. I then went all the way to the starbucks on college and quivira and paid for a new one that looked and tasted like it was supposedly to. I even showed it the one that was made wrong to the Barrista at the windows and she agreed and offered to comp the new one but I wasn't worried about that....just wanted what I ordered and not just iced oatmilk for $6.

The people working there were incredibly ignorant of customers both inside and through the drive through. I had ordered 2 drinks on a mobile order, both drinks were made incorrect and tasted like absolute throw up. It took them about 15 minutes to make once we had got there- which wouldn’t be so bad if the service was good. It was a complete waste of my money.

I ordered a Tall Cappuccino. When the barista handed me the cup I thought it was extremely light, but I was in a hurry and didn't open the lid. When I got to a stop light I opened the lid and it was less than half full!!! No excuse for this!!!!

I’ve been going here for a year and the girls always make it right today a guy made my order and he fumbled the ball 2 times I just said thanks and left you would think $55 a wk coffee habit is very expensive and to not take in consideration I could go somewhere else is always the corporation’s biggest mistake with its employees no motivation for customer satisfaction dude get another job my latte taste like hot water and who knows what 3 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 for you
