I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks today! It was my first time visiting this location, and I’m so glad my Tio Mando recommended it. The ladies working were incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming. I had questions about the new Blue Coconut drink, and they took the time to explain everything that was in it without making me feel rushed. Their friendly attitudes and excellent customer service made my visit even better. Thank you for making my first visit such a great one I’ll definitely be back! 💙

Ellie provided some of the best customer service I’ve had at Starbucks! She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. The customer service is great. Roy was the nicest customer service i have received here at this location & was very professional with a great personality and he was also very on top of his stuff didn't skip a beat. Best experience here or at any Starbucks so far. And my ice coffee was exactly how I like it.

I was just driving by and stopped for a quick Starbucks. I ordered my usual but it tastes terrible here. I did not like the taste of my drink. Unfortunately, I just didn't have enough time to go back and let them know as I was just passing through. I travel from LA to the San Joaquin valley frequently but I will never stop by this location again :( it's disappointing spending almost 10 dollars for a drink that isn't to your liking :(

To think to have a Starbucks off the 99 exit it would be busy but no. They always greet you with the nicest charming service they always make sure if you need a straw.
