I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The person who took my order, West, was extremely rude and impatient from the beginning. He claimed he couldn't hear me through the speaker, so I politely asked if I could just drive up to the window instead. He insisted that I continue ordering through the speaker while continuing to act as though he couldn't hear me.

When I drove up to the window, I was met with even more attitude. It was clear that his behavior was intentional, and I did not feel welcomed as a customer. After I paid, it took an unusually long time for anyone to return with my order. Instead of West, another employee named Avery brought it to the window.

I want to thank Avery for her kindness and professionalism. She was warm, courteous, and turned an otherwise unpleasant experience into a slightly better one.

The next closest Starbucks is about 10 minutes away, and from now on I'd rather make the extra drive to a location where customers are treated with respect and made to feel welcome. I hope management addresses this, because customer service should be a priority.

Love this Starbucks! Everytime I visit, the baristas are always peppy, friendly, and fast. It’s the only store in the area that doesn’t have fruit flies or smell “sour”.

My wife and I stopped in earlier this afternoon to one car in the lot and no one inside. We ordered two simple iced coffees, that's it. We waited, and waited, and waited, and waited while all five workers concentrated on the dive through. After 15 minutes, they discover that "Oops! We're out of iced coffee" at 1:15. So we immediately asked for our money back. Used to be that when they give you lousy service, they'd give you coupons for free drinks for it; not here. Just a no-eye-contact "Oh I'm so sorry about that." And seeing all the one-star reviews now makes sense. It also seems that they could care less with their generic copy/paste response to them all. This whole crew needs to be re-trained! They don't deserve any stars at all really. We will never come here again, and you shouldn't either.

consistently the worst starbucks in the area. slow drive through. and they often mess up your order.

I don’t normally do reviews. But today I think I need to. The Pistachio cold brew is one of my favorites. I wait for this time of the year to get one. After doctors appointment I went. I ordered my pistachio cold brew with extra pistachio pumps. The line was not long when I got there, but it ended up taking almost 10 minutes to get my drink and I ordered a grilled cheese. The coffee was like watered down coffee. Can’t taste the pistachio at all and the grilled cheese is cold and taste weird. Do not know what is going on there today. I usually have a good experience there. It was terrible today. I did notice that the score was an 87. Never noticed that kind of score there before. I do hope that the next visit that I have there will be better. I do go by there quite frequently. Today was a bad spend of 15 bucks.
