I waited 4 weeks for a stained glass lamp to arrive. When it finally showed up it was damaged, none of the pieces fit together properly (?), and the quality was very cheap (it was a $175.00 Tiffany lamp). I took it back to the store and was informed they would have to send it back and I would have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for another lamp. I told them I thought the wait time was pathetic, at which point she called me rude! Anyway, I will not shop there anymore. This was only one of three negative experiences I've had at this place. Three strikes, you're out.

I returned broken glass pieces to the store at the start of Sept/11 and the girl told me that it would take 2-3 weeks for them to arrived. It has now been two months. She is now telling me it's going to be another 10 days for they did not place the order until the middle of Oct/11. She than went on to say that she did not submit the order until 2 weeks after I had brought the pieces to the store and showed her. She than said that they need to order $1,500.00 with the manufactures before they will ship out for it cost them money. Wow, in this two months time, they could not generate enough sales to purchase the warranty glass that came broken in the box. No wonder, they have no busy. For those who are looking to buy lights, plan ahead 1 year if are buying through them.
