Placed an mobile order on May 27th and when I arrived to Starbucks the doors we're locked for unknown reasons!!!! No acknowledgement when myself and other customers tried to get the barista attention and we were met with radio silence, crickets. I went to the drive thru and was told that the store was going to open in an hour and once I told them that I had an mobile order she asked if I could wait 15 minutes, mind you I'm on my way to work but nonetheless I was shocked that Starbucks would do this to a loyal customer.

I’ve been living in the area for about a year now. I’m at Starbucks almost daily. Some days twice a day. It’s insane that majority of the workers don’t know what a blonde vanilla latte is and it has its own button. Instead it’s always caffe latte which is a different coffee bean. There are a few workers that are great but this location needs a serious retraining. Like today I ordered a hot blonde vanilla latte with almond milk. This drink in the photos is beyond incorrect.

This store can be a hit or a miss. Depending on the staff working, my drink is either Bomb 💣 or bummer 😕. I just went through the drive through which had a short line, but a extensive wait time. People started driving off in front of me which got me closer to the window, but when I got to the window, my order was wrong. I ordered a Mango dragonfruit refresher, egg white bites and a cheese Danish. I received an untoasted cheese Danish (which I wanted warm) , a Mango strawberry refresher with the label on my drink reading "Mango Dragonfruit refresher " 🙄 and no egg white bites. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I just told her the order wasn't correct, but I was gonna accept it anyway because I didn't want to contribute to the already long line. My experience today was disappointing, however my refresher was still tasty. Thank you.

I love this Starbucks! The atmosphere is amazing and I love how the employees let you know that they are working on your order. Not to mention a big screen with your name on it to let you know! Great job Kenzie! The bathrooms were clean and our order was perfect! Great management!
