I had a great experience at Starbucks. I ordered a Blonde Caramel Frappuccino, and the service was excellent. The manager, along with the rest of the staff, was very friendly, professional, and respectful. Everyone made me feel welcomed and even offered me a great recommendation. I really appreciated the customer service and will definitely be back!

Love their keto options. I got the grande decaf sugar free caramel iced latte with heavy cream wife got the same thing with sugar free vanilla instead of the caramel. Best coffee we have ever had. Gave it 4 stars because they need more seating.

I’d wanted to get a coffee before work, and I’d placed an order at 11:09 AM with the intent of getting to work at 11:30 AM. I arrived at this Starbucks at 11:18 AM, and they hadn’t even started my drink yet. It took them 10 minutes, after I’d been sitting there, for them to start my drink. It wasn’t finished until 11:31 AM. I’d watched a worker walk up to a screen on the counter and say, “Oh, someone in here is waiting on their drink.” They don’t even bother to routinely check. They hadn’t been busy at all when I’d first walked in, and I’d placed an online order with the intent of my drink, a Grande Horchata Frappe, being ready, or almost ready, by the time I got there.

This has been my first, and last, time at this Starbucks establishment. I would’ve been better off going to the one at Friendly or something.

I never make reviews, but I just had to share my experience.

I placed a drive thru mobile order at 4:28 PM today (5/19/2026). While driving, I noticed there wasn’t any chai in my drink because I drink matcha with chai weekly and there’s a very distinct flavor. I turned around and went inside so they could fix it.

I didn’t get her name, but it was a brownskin woman with locs. I explained what was wrong and she seemed a little annoyed that I came back to have the drink remade, but I know what it’s like to work in a hectic environment so I didn’t think too much of it.

I was told to throw my drink away and almost immediately another drink was handed to me, except this one was a clumpy matcha and missing the cold foam. I honestly didn’t even bother tasting the second one because it already looked poorly made. She walked away, so I asked another employee if he could remake it. He was kind and said yes, but the same woman ended up remaking the drink again and I was told to throw the second one away. I received a third matcha and it was exactly like the first one. Still no chai.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve honestly never had to have Starbucks remake my drinks because they’re usually perfect every time. The fact that the drink was made incorrectly three separate times is what shocked me, especially since they weren’t even that busy. Three pumps of chai is definitely enough to taste, and every drink I received just tasted like plain matcha.

At that point I decided to just take the loss and go home and add my own chai, but I definitely won’t be returning to this location. I never usually come to this Starbucks, I was just in a rush today.

Go somewhere else if you’re in a hurry. Placed a mobile order, waited in the drive through for 8 minutes with one car in front of me and still never made it to the window. Had to leave without my coffee to avoid being late. Be careful if you have a soy allergy. There’s a good chance that if you order oat milk, you’ll get soy milk. Has happened multiple times. I guess they think you won’t notice??

There are much better locally-owned options downtown if you have time to park and walk in.
