My drink was 3/4 full. When I asked if they could fill it up they said they could add more ice. This was a $6 drink that I expected to be full. Disappointed by the device and product

honestly disappointed with this. yes they were busy but they messed up my drink and didn’t follow what i asked for. if im paying 6 dollars for a drink i expect you to make it right. light ice is not a hard concept.

Will you specifically order a drink and say no foam because I actually like the drink I want all the way to the rim… it’s absolutely ridiculous. Take the lid off my drink. The cup is like 3/4 full. Do they even read your order request?

We did a drive through today for a vanilla oat milk latte and a large hot black tea. Our orders were prepared to order with stevia on the side, hot and delicious.
