I happened to place an online order during a rush and the employees were incredibly apologetic and their customer service was top tier. They offered a gift card and a drink upgrade which was unnecessary but a lovely gesture. Both baristas I spoke with incredible!

The woman would absolutely not listen to what I was trying to order. I said I wanted an Horchata, NOT made like a Frappuccino. She kept talking over me saying “I got you, I just need to know what size.” Then, she made me a Frappuccino 🤬

I always come through here on my way to the airport, usually once or twice a week. I always get great service. My coffee is always made correctly and the food has always been good! Today while
I went through the drive thru, Tory took some extra time to compliment the Labubu hanging from my rear view mirror, and we had a fun conversation while she got my coffee ready. Thanks Tory! Definitely recommend this location!

This is the nicest and best run Starbucks I have ever been to. I have travel thru Europe and many airports and have never seen the level of professionalism like at this store. A shout out to Katie, Angel, Gillian and Brittany. You all understand customer service and I can tell you love working here and are not just punching a time clock. I would hire you all right now at any service industry! You all deserve a raise and much recognition! Congratulations! I am visiting from Florida waiting for my sons car to get service next door so sat and watched these great individuals working hard and making others smile!
