Went to the drive thru it was 4:30a. Sat in the drive thru for 2 mins with no response. I said hello finally went inside to order. 3 workers not one hello. All seemed irritated. They laughed and talked with each other. When I walked up to get my order I said thank you and got no response. 2 of the girls glanced at each and smirked. This was beyond rude. I get it it’s early.

I ordered my usual 2 venti caramel frappe 1 with 2 extra shots and the person who took our order kept putting our order wrong on the screen the final time he put it up he put 1 venti and 1 grande ended up giving us 2 venti saying oh there both venti no extra charge and the one that didn't have extra shotts taste like extremely water down coffee and no sweetness whatsoever..... disappointed....

When I asked them for anything always always they never listen for example I had asked for caramel they did not put in caramel like I had told them. the one over the bridge by sierra attends you and serves you way better! An actually listens to what you want in ur order. I do not recommended this Starbucks! Go to sierra better ☺️

This particular Starbucks had a full staff. We bought the impossible burger and it was tasty. Parking can be tricky, because the drive thru traffic can block you in.

Very nice Starbucks. I like that it's roomy and there is space. One of the nicest ones I've been to as well. Its very clean. The staff is really polite and nice. Service is prompt as well. They're selection seems to be quite more than the other locations as well. It is kind of hidden, but not hard to spot. But it's a nice place to sit and talk, or to do homework. Try it out.
