For the love of God get somebody else to take orders or train your order takers on customer service. I came here 7/10 at 11:10 and the lady who took my order was so dry and rude. Her attitude was absolutely atrocious. Get her into a new role.

Update: after stating my order MULTIPLE times in the drive through, it was STILL wrong. I had it remade, lady apologized but I’m almost certain this is regular coffee not decaf like I stated. Exhausting

Ordered a caramel macchiato this morning with EXTRA caramel and the only caramel they added was stuck to the lid. Then noticed a dark spot on my lid, there was what I hope was a coffee bean stuck to my lid. Typically don’t have many problems with this Starbucks. Very unhappy.

This location has gone downhill in the past year, the older gentleman consistently working the drive thru is truly just rude and a terrible way to start the day. Very short and unpleasant. I understand everyone needs a job but when you hate having to have one you shouldn’t work. I cringe when I know he’s in the drive through. Several other sweet staff members but when he’s the face at the drive thru it’s hard to give praise

This location has really gone downhill, I waited 20 min in drive through, with a very short line.
The girl didn’t even apologize, just rude behavior. Starbucks used to have the best baristas.
It looked slow inside too.

The place is spacious, offering a variety of seating options. The handcrafted drinks are of good quality, and we often visit with the family to enjoy them. The service is excellent, and they have a nice collection of Starbucks merchandise.
