Please do not rent here!!!, my familia lives here and it is a terrible mess. The leasing manager is a very nasty rude woman, and the apartments building are built terribly. It seems like something is wrong every other day.

I hate having a bad experience to start the morning! I went by Scharbauer Flats apartment complex in Midland to follow-up on an apartment for a friend. We came by at the beginning of last week and were told it would be ready to see by Friday. The leasing manager (wish I would have gotten her name) was EXTREMELY rude to me and said her staff lied about the availability. She also refused to talk to me about the complex and said I need an appointment in the future (which we weren't told last week). Interestingly enough, she was standing outside when I walked up and I was approached by her, so I don't know why she acted that way. I wished her a good day and left! 😕

It appears to be a nice complex, but I wouldn't want my friend to have to try to deal with the management if that's how they act.

The service at the front desk is truly disappointing. Instead of helping you, they make you feel like you're in the way. Their attitude is arrogant, as if they have no interest in properly caring for the residents. It's not fair to pay rent and be treated like this.

The office staff is very friendly and professional. They speak both English and Spanish (Denise), which made communication easy. They guided my family through the orientation process and were very helpful.

The apartment is in great condition, and the community is quiet and family-friendly. It’s a great environment for kids. Highly recommend!
