Gave me a leaking hot drink, didn’t remake it and just “double cupped it”, continued to leak into the gap between the cups and made a huge mess in our rental car when the cups slipped apart. Returned to ask for it to be fixed, no apology and pretty rude when asked them to remake the drink.

This location is no exception. Starbucks NEEDS to solve their speed of service FAST. It's on par with Burger King or Arby's. They need to hire an operational leader for the entire business and fix their speed of service

I’m really disappointed in this Starbucks. I used to really enjoy the morning staff, my orders were high quality, they were always helpful. About the past month or so, I’m not sure if they changed the shifts of people or started new people or what but my drinks are more watery and the staff seems more disorganized. For example, They tried to give my my hot drink this morning without a sleeve and i had to ask for and put on myself the sleeve and a stopper, no big deal I guess but thats the first time thats happened at a Starbucks. I also got a bacon, egg, gouda recently and the bacon was under the sandwich in the bag.. I don’t know, I don’t think I’ll be going to this one for a while.

Stopped by this location while getting gas across the street on a work trip. Had a lovely little exchange with the window person, Adam, and got a beautiful little note on my cup. Just overall a wonderful experience, and honestly, one of the better matcha lattes I've had from a Starbucks, it was perfectly mixed!
