I went in for the matcha double berry venti. Noticed that the drink was missing the strawberry puree. Went up to the cashier and asked if my drink was missing the puree. She dead as looked me in the face and said that was it. Showed her the bottom of the drink wasn't even making a proper layer to cover the bottom, thats how little there was and she said that was normal. Ive had this drink plenty of times and although she remade it again it felt odd to try and defend this.

This is a nice Starbucks location. I got a refresher and chocolate croissant. Both were very tasty. The staff was also nice and got both my orders correct.

To the amazing team at this downtown location! Thank you for always making me feel welcomed the min I walk in. I go here very often since it is near my workplace. They are always so welcoming, friendly, and make my drink perfectly. Huge shout out to Sarah,Enoch,Alex,Mars,Lauren and Jeremy.

I didn’t enjoy my quick stop at this location. The restrooms needed attention and smelled like mold. Tables and all dining area was dirty as well.
Regarding my food: lemon cake came with the melted glaze, either was sitting next to the oven or wasn’t properly stored overall.
Paid for extra toppings on my beverages, both came out like it was just a regular order (if I’ve been charged $1 extra, I would like to get my extra).
Personnel wasn’t attentive; music was pounding.

i come here at 630am most days because it’s close to my job, and the workers are always so kind. i get the same drink every time and they always make it sooo good. they are always so kind and welcoming regardless how early in the morning it is. this location is the best.
