Had my grandma get me Starbucks and asked for a “Mango Cream Matcha latte” and she showed the lady my text and said it multiple times. At first they made it hot even though it only comes iced. Order a frappuccino it was all whip cream and Carmel sauce if had cappuccino in it I couldn't taste it. Awful Starbucks experience would stay away from this location

I have to say that, out of all the times I’ve been to Starbucks, today was the best experience. Brianna helped me, and she was amazing. She greeted me with a smile the entire time and made me feel welcome.

I also want to mention that having someone who speaks Spanish makes a huge difference because it makes ordering much easier and clearer. In the past, some of the other employees didn’t seem very interested in helping, but Brianna genuinely cared and went above and beyond. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does. I wish every employee were like her.

After spending a long day at work plus having to pick up my kids, the last thing I wanted to do was grocery shopping. So I decided to stop by Starbucks for a much-needed pick-me-up, and I'm so glad I did. Brianna completely made my day. She greeted me with such a warm smile and genuine kindness that I immediately felt a little less overwhelmed.
Even though the place was busy, Brianna was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude and professionalism turned my shopping trip into a pleasant experience.
I believe another employee named Alana was also working at the time. She was also wonderful and helpful, helping everything run smoothly alongside Brianna. Together they make a great team. Starbucks is lucky to have them and I hope they get the recognition they deserve!
