They gave me plain coffee and cold foam when I asked for a banana bread chai, I’m allergic to coffee. The service is really slow and I feel like they make the drinks really poorly even if they do make it somewhat right. I’d rather drive to Kroger for my tea.

me and my friend get the exact same drink every time we come here it is nothing special it’s a drink exactly from the menu with 1 modification. I have never had anything more inconsistent in my life. normally we just ask for it to be remade if it is incorrect and the staff is so sweet and it always comes out perfect the second time but today we asked for it to be remade because it was rang in wrong and the manager basically told us we were wrong even though we described to her what was wrong it and described how we wanted it when we ordered. i genuinely don’t know what else to do here i just want my coffee made correctly😭

Lately they are always out of Matcha. Would've liked to have some caffeine during finals week but every time I try to go this week they are out. Not the workers fault, just really frustrating as I just wanted a pick me up and it's starting to ruin my mood going to Starbucks and being told they are out.

This Starbucks is horrible! I just waited thirty minutes for a matcha latte. It looked really busy because soooooo many people were waiting for drinks, but it truly wasn’t. People were backed up at the waiting station bc they were so slow. The girl on cold bar seriously made like 3 drinks in 20 minutes… I watched her. Also, half the people behind the counter were standing around talking. While I’m waiting thirty minutes for a latte? Ridiculous. Save your time and go to Wooster st

This location in particular has always been incredibly slow to grab pastries. Today, one of the workers was talking and taking her sweet time emits having at least two orders for pastries during that time. Waited nearly 20 minutes at a slow time of the day for the pastry alone. This location has done well with getting drinks out in a timely matter during even big rushes, but I have just been continuously disappointed in the serving of pastries.
